Asking a question in the Framer Community

For support questions, visit our dedicated support space in the Framer Community. Before posting, search for similar issues to see if a solution already exists. If not, feel free to post your question. Our team and community members are here to help.

Reporting a billing issue

For account or billing concerns, use our contact page or email support@framer.com. Include a detailed description of your issue, along with relevant information like invoices or screenshots, to help us resolve it quickly.

Reporting a bug

When reporting a bug, providing detailed information helps us address the issue faster. Here's what to include:

  • The full error message (if applicable).

  • Screenshots of the error.

  • Console output from the Web Inspector:

    • Chrome: View > Developer > JavaScript Console.

    • Safari: Press ⌥ ⌘ C.

    • Firefox: Tools > Browser Tools > Browser Console.

  • Environment details, including version, operating system, and browser.

  • Project and remix links.

  • The versioned URL of the published page (for live site issues).

Once compiled, email the details to support@framer.com. This ensures our team can reproduce and fix the issue quickly.
