Asking a question in the Framer Community
For support questions, visit our dedicated support space in the Framer Community. Before posting, search for similar issues to see if a solution already exists. If not, feel free to post your question. Our team and community members are here to help.
Reporting a billing issue
For account or billing concerns, use our contact page or email support@framer.com. Include a detailed description of your issue, along with relevant information like invoices or screenshots, to help us resolve it quickly.
Reporting a bug
When reporting a bug, providing detailed information helps us address the issue faster. Here's what to include:
The full error message (if applicable).
Screenshots of the error.
Console output from the Web Inspector:
Chrome: View > Developer > JavaScript Console.
Safari: Press ⌥ ⌘ C.
Firefox: Tools > Browser Tools > Browser Console.
Environment details, including version, operating system, and browser.
Project and remix links.
The versioned URL of the published page (for live site issues).
Once compiled, email the details to support@framer.com. This ensures our team can reproduce and fix the issue quickly.
