In this guide, we explain how to report issues or bugs and seek assistance for a smooth Framer experience.

Asking a question about a Framer product issue

If your site plan is Free, Mini, Basic, Pro, or Start-up, you can get support from our Product Experts. To receive assistance:

  • Fill out the form on our contact page. Provide as much detail as possible for a faster resolution.

  • For code-related questions, create a ticket in the developers space within the Framer Community.

Reporting a billing issue

For account or billing concerns, use our contact page or email support@framer.com. Include a detailed description of your issue, along with relevant information like invoices or screenshots, to help us resolve it quickly.

Reporting a bug

Fill out the form on our contact page and provide detailed information to help us address the issue faster. Include:

  • The full error message (if applicable).

  • Screenshots of the error.

  • Console output from the Web Inspector:

    • Chrome: View > Developer > JavaScript Console.

    • Safari: Press ⌥ ⌘ C.

    • Firefox: Tools > Browser Tools > Browser Console.

  • Environment details, including version, operating system, and browser.

  • Project and remix links.

  • The versioned URL of the published page (for live site issues).
