Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Success team. You’ll work directly with Enterprise customers, ensuring their success and renewals while helping them unlock the full potential of Framer.

What you’ll do

  • Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs.

  • Managing renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities.

  • Guiding teams through onboarding and training.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to integrate Framer into their workflows.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in account management or customer success.

  • A passion for helping customers succeed and grow.

  • Knowledge of web design and the tools teams use.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust.

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
