Head of Data
At Framer, we are looking for a Head of Data to join our product team. As the Head of Data, you will play a crucial role in owning the business and product side of data and analytics. You will work closely with the management team to devise the company strategy based on quantitative inputs.
What you will do
Act as the data bridge across sales, finance, product, marketing, and leadership teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Be vigilant in identifying significant quantitative changes across the business, being the first to notice trends and patterns.
Take ownership of investor metrics and company-wide reporting, providing accurate and insightful analysis.
Make data actionable by mastering Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and automation tasks, allowing for efficient and streamlined data workflows.
Your background
Extensive startup experience, possessing a deep understanding of both the product and business side of operations.
Comfortable with Python for scripting or infrastructure-related tasks.
Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and effectively communicate insights to various stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Airflow and Zapier, enabling efficient data processing and workflow automation.
Ability to prioritize and say no to random data requests that do not align with strategic objectives.
