Refund policy

If you reside in the E.U. or Turkey, you are legally entitled to a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase. If you are located elsewhere or request a refund after the 14-day period, we cannot process your refund.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for any portion of the fee paid for your term. We do not provide refunds for unused terms on an open account. However, if you downgrade your plan, we will credit back any unused amount, which can be applied to future purchases.

Our order process is managed by Stripe or our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com serves as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle all customer service inquiries and returns. You are responsible for all subscription fees, along with any applicable taxes and charges, incurred during your monthly or annual term.
