Recruiter
We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team and help us find the best talent for Framer. You’ll focus on hiring for key tech roles, managing the entire recruitment process end to end, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
What you’ll do
Drive the recruitment process for tech roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
Use creative sourcing strategies to find and attract top talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Screen and assess candidates to ensure a great fit for both skills and culture.
Own and optimize the candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Collaborate on improving Framer’s hiring processes and tools.
What you’ll bring
Proven experience recruiting for tech roles in a fast-paced environment.
A track record of managing the entire recruitment process independently.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
Familiarity with diverse sourcing channels and strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A proactive and adaptable mindset with a passion for finding great talent.
