How refunds work on the Marketplace

All purchases happen outside of Framer, so refunds are handled by the creator.

What to know before requesting a refund

When you buy a template or plugin from the Framer Marketplace, you’re purchasing directly from the creator—not from Framer. This means:

  • Payments are processed through the creator’s checkout (like Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad)

  • Framer does not process transactions or issue refunds

  • The creator is fully responsible for setting and managing their refund policy

How to request a refund

If you’re looking for a refund, you’ll need to contact the creator directly. Each product page includes a Contact creator link—this is the fastest way to get in touch.
