How refunds work on the Marketplace
All purchases happen outside of Framer, so refunds are handled by the creator.
What to know before requesting a refund
When you buy a template or plugin from the Framer Marketplace, you’re purchasing directly from the creator—not from Framer. This means:
Payments are processed through the creator’s checkout (like Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad)
Framer does not process transactions or issue refunds
The creator is fully responsible for setting and managing their refund policy
