How to submit a plugin
Are you ready to share your plugin with the Framer audience? Follow this simple guide to learn how to prepare your plugin, what to expect during the review, and what happens after you submit.
Before you submit
Before submitting, make sure your plugin is fully prepared:
Test thoroughly to catch any bugs or issues.
Double-check every detail, from the plugin’s name and description to the images and contact information.
If your plugin includes any paid features or upgrades, be sure to clearly explain the pricing model.
Review the specific submission requirements to guarantee a high-quality experience.
When you’re ready, you can easily submit your template by following the detailed instructions available in this guide.
Review timings
Once your plugin is submitted through the Creator Dashboard, it enters a carefully managed review process.
Phase | Days | What happens |
---|---|---|
Initial | ∼7 | We verify basic submission requirements. Your plugin will either be advanced or rejected with a short explanation |
Design | ∼14 | If your plugin passes the initial check, we perform a detailed evaluation of design and overall quality. |
At the end of this process, you will receive one of two outcomes: if your plugin meets our design standards, you will be notified by email and your plugin will be published shortly; if it falls short but shows potential for improvement, we will provide detailed feedback and guidance to help you refine your work.
After you submit
After your plugin is submitted, you can track its progress directly in your Creator Dashboard.
Status | Meaning |
---|---|

We work diligently to review submissions as quickly as possible, though more complex plugins might require a bit more time. And if you ever discover a bug after your submission, just let us know so that we can help you update your plugin without delay.
