Deploy: Control publishing:
With staging enabled, everyone can publish, but only deploy permissions allow promoting staging to live.
With staging disabled, only members with deploy permission can publish directly to the main site.
Note: Available only for Business plans.
Permission types
Full access: All permissions (Design, Content, Deploy) are enabled.
Read-only: No permissions are enabled.
Only members with full access can edit project settings.
Project owners automatically have full access.
Requesting editor access
If viewers need editor permissions, they can request access at the project level:
Click Request Editor Access.
The project owner will receive an email and can approve the request with one click.
Notes:
New editors will be given full permissions by default, but other editors can adjust these later.
If the user is not already a project or team editor, adding them as an editor will incur an extra charge on the next bill.
