Manage organization members and roles

Learn how to view organization members and manage access across Enterprise workspaces.

Organization settings give Enterprise administrators a centralized view of members and workspaces. You can review member activity, manage workspace membership, and adjust access levels across your organization.

View organization members

To review members across your organization:

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. Select a workspace within your organization and open its settings.

  3. In the top, click in Organization.

  4. Select the Members tab.

From here, you can view all organization members and the workspaces they belong to.

View member details

To view information about a member:

  1. Open the Members tab in Organization Settings.

  2. Select a member.

You'll be able to see information such as:

  • Last active dates.

  • Workspace membership.

  • Roles across workspaces.

Remove a member from a workspace

To remove a member from a workspace:

  1. Open Organization Settings → Members.

  2. Select the member.

  3. Click their role within the workspace.

  4. Select Remove from team.

The member will lose access to that workspace but may still belong to other workspaces in the organization.

Manage workspace roles

Workspace roles are managed within each workspace.

To update a member’s role:

  1. Open the Dashboard.

  2. Select the workspace.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Open the Members tab.

  5. Select the member you want to update.

  6. Choose a new role or adjust their permissions.

You can also use filters to view members with specific roles.

  • What’s the difference between Organization Settings and Workspace Settings?

    Organization Settings provide visibility across all workspaces in an Enterprise organization, while Workspace Settings only apply to a specific workspace.

  • Can I remove a member from a single workspace without removing them from the organization?

    Yes. Removing a member from a workspace only affects that workspace and does not remove them from other workspaces in the organization.

  • Where can I change a member’s role?

    Workspace roles and permissions are managed from the Members tab in Workspace Settings.
