Check the total and billed editors in your workspace
Learn how to view the total number of editors in your workspace and understand how billed editors are calculated.
Knowing how many editors are in your workspace helps you manage access and understand your billing. You can view both the total editor count and determine how many editors are billable from the Members tab.
View your editor count
To check the total number of editors in your workspace:
Open the Dashboard.
Navigate to your Workspace settings.
Select the Members tab.
Review the editor count displayed above the member list.
The number shown represents the total number of editors in your workspace.
Understand billed editors
The first admin in every workspace is free and counts as the first editor. Because admins have editing permissions, they are included in the total editor count.
To calculate the number of billed editors:
Total editors | Free editors | Billed editors |
|---|---|---|
Total editor count | 1 | Total editors minus 1 |
For example, if your workspace has 5 editors, 1 editor is free and 4 editors are billed.
