Cancel your Framer subscription

Learn how to cancel your site or editor plan, what happens after cancellation, and when refunds may apply.

Framer subscriptions renew automatically unless they are canceled before the next renewal date. This article explains how to cancel site and editor plans, what to expect after cancellation, and how refunds work.

Cancel a site subscription

To cancel a site plan:

  1. Open your workspace settings.

  2. Go to the Plans tab.

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to the site you want to cancel.

  4. Select Cancel Plan.

  5. Provide feedback and confirm the cancellation.

After you cancel, the cancellation status will appear in both your project settings and the Plans tab in workspace settings. Your plan benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Note: If you do not see the Cancel Plan option, the project does not have an active subscription.

Cancel an editor plan

Editor subscriptions are tied to active site subscriptions within a workspace.

To stop paying for workspace editors, cancel all site subscriptions in the workspace. Once the final site subscription is canceled, the editor subscription will automatically end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle. No additional charges will be applied after that date.

Refunds

Canceling a subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund.

Refunds are not provided for unused time remaining in an active subscription term. However, when you downgrade a plan, any unused value is credited to your account and can be applied toward future purchases.

Refunds are only available under specific circumstances. For complete details, review the Refund Policy.
