How the Creator Program works

The Creator Program helps designers, developers, and creators earn money through the Framer ecosystem. As a Creator, you can publish products, grow your audience, and earn through Marketplace sales and referral commissions.

Join the Creator Program

There are several ways to join the Creator Program.

You’re automatically enrolled if you:

• Publish a Template, Plugin, Component, or Vector Set in the Marketplace.

• Become a verified Framer Expert.

If you’re not yet eligible, you can apply manually:

1. Open the Links tab in your Community profile settings.

2. Submit your application.

3. Wait for the review process to be completed.

Applications are evaluated based on the quality of your work, audience relevance, and how you plan to promote Framer.

Once approved, you’ll gain access to the Links tab, where you can create referral links and track performance.

Earn through Marketplace sales

You can publish free or paid products in the Framer Marketplace.

For paid templates, you keep 100% of the revenue from your sales.

Supported Marketplace products include:

• Templates

• Plugins

• Components

• Vector Sets

Earn referral commissions

Templates can also generate referral commissions.

When someone upgrades to a paid Framer subscription through a template remix link you’ve shared, you earn a commission on that subscription. Only templates are eligible for referral commissions.

The following product types do not generate referral commissions:

• Plugins

• Components

• Vectors

These products can still generate direct sales revenue if sold through the Marketplace.

Eligible subscriptions

Referral commissions apply only to eligible self-serve subscriptions.

Enterprise subscriptions are not eligible for Creator Program referral commissions.

Application review process

Manual applications are typically reviewed within a few days.

Reviewers consider:

• The quality and originality of your work.

• Your audience and reach.

• How you plan to promote Framer.

If your application isn’t approved, you can improve your submission and apply again.

Get started

Once you’re enrolled in the Creator Program:

1. Publish your first template.

2. Share your remix links with your audience.

3. Track clicks, sign-ups, and earnings from the Links tab.

The more people who discover Framer through your work, the more opportunities you have to earn.
